Leaky Gut – Assists with intestinal permeability, repairs and may heal gut lining, inflammation of the gut, and may kill harmful bacteria.

Goldenseal:
May assist against: indigestion, colic, IBS, and other digestive problems. Thought to stimulate the production of bile, promoting digestion. It may help fight infections caused by bacteria, fungi, and protozoa.
Contains: Berberrubine – with antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory; and Berberine – with antibacterial, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory properties.
Slippery Elm:
Soothes and Protects the Digestive Tract by coating the mucous membranes of the digestive tract, may assist against acid reflux, heartburn, ulcers, and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). The mucilage may promote regular bowel movements. May promote the production of mucus assisting against indigestion and stomach discomfort and protects the lining from stomach acid.
It’s anti-inflammatory properties may help reduce swelling and irritation, particularly in the gastrointestinal tract or respiratory system.
Marshmallow:
Marshmallow is known for its digestive systems soothing and protecting properties. It may relieve Heartburn and Acid Reflux by coating and soothing the lining of the stomach and esophagus. Marshmallow may help reduce irritation caused by conditions like gastritis and ulcers and may assist against colitis, IBS and constipation.
Marshmallow has mild anti-inflammatory effects, and may assist conditions like sore throat, IBS, or other gastrointestinal disorders.
Dosage:
Step 1: 2 Capsules – Three times per day – For 10 days
Step 2: 2 Capsules – Twice daily – For 10 days
– Repeat dosage if required.
– Step 3: 2 Capsules – Per day – For 1 Month
Take at least 1 hour after meals or any other medications. Drink with a full glass of purified water and at least 2L water throughout the day.
Caution:
Pregnancy or Breastfeeding: Take with caution.
Goldenseal and Marshmallow should be taken with caution when consumed in conjunction with blood thinners or diabetic medications blood sugar levels should be monitored.
Absorption of Medications: The mucilage in slippery elm and Marshmallow can coat the digestive tract and potentially interfere with the absorption of oral medications. To avoid this, it’s advised to take slippery elm at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after taking medications.
Some individuals may be allergic to slippery elm or marshmallow root (Malvaceae family e.g., hibiscus, hollyhock). If you experience symptoms such as skin rashes, itching, or difficulty breathing after using it, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor.
Mild Laxative Effect: In some individuals, marshmallow root or Slippery Elm can have a mild laxative effect.
Gastrointestinal Sensitivity: may include Bloating, Gas, Mild cramping, Diarrhea (may occur when taken in large dosage)
